As a Casual Support Worker with Born to Shine, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals with disabilities. This may include:

• Assisting with daily personal care and household tasks
• Supporting community participation and social outings
• Helping with meal preparation, shopping, and budgeting
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Implementing behaviour support strategies
• Supporting children with school pick-up/drop-off and fun activities
