The carers from Birn to Shine have been amazing with my sons. They’re kind, patient, and really take the time to understand what each child needs. I’ve noticed such a positive difference in the boys since working with them, they feel comfortable, learnt skills to improve their independence, are supported, and genuinely enjoy their time together. Communication is always great, and it’s clear they truly care about what they do. I couldn’t ask for a better team.

My grandson Nate is cared for by 2 Born To Shine carers. Laura, the main carer, I have got to know well as she & Nate often come to my home on Saturdays. Laura is firm but kind, & is very thoughtful about her interactions with Nate. She has, for instance, noticed that he does best if he has 15 minutes between activities, to recalibrate. This has led to a happier & more engaged child. She is also diligent in training him to use his LAMP talker. Nate is very comfortable with her. Thank you Laura & Caroline!
